ORDERS:
Article 1: A competitive examination for the admission of Forty (40) students into the 3rd year of the cycle of Chemical Engineering at the Chemical Engineering and Mineral Industries School (EGCIM) of the University of Ngaoundere, for the 2018/2019 academic year, shall take place on Tuesday 25 September 2018.
Article 2: This entrance examination is opened to Cameroonians and foreigners of both sexes. Depending on the availability of places.
Article 3: The number of places available for the 2018/2019 academic year of the Chemical Engineering and Mineral Industries School (EGCIM) of the University of Ngaoundere are all assigned to the Chemical Engineering programme:
Article 4: The complete application file should comprise the following documents:
- A 1000 F CFA stamped application form.
- A certified true photocopy of birth certificate dated not more than three months.
- A certified true photocopy of certificates and diplomas.
- Four recent passport-size photographs.
- A medical certificate issued by a State Medical practitioner.
- A certified true photocopy of the National Identity Card.
- A non-conviction certificate dated not more than three months.
- An attestation of deposit of a sum of-twenty. thousands (20,000) FCFA on the EGCIM of Ngaoundéré Bank Account N°10003-00900-22090795732-25 SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROUN; These feesshould be deposited either directly in any SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROUN branch or through EXPRESS UNION or EXPRESS EXCHANGE.
- An A4 size self-addressed and 400 francs-stamped envelope.
Article 5: The competitive examinations opened for holders of one of the following diplomas:
Bachelor of Science in Chemical Sciences.
Bachelor of Technonoly of Chemistry.
Le diplôme universitaire de Technologie (Génie chimique ou Génie des procédés).
Any other equivalent diploma or qualification recognized by the Ministry of Higher Educafion.
Article 6: The candidates shall be tested in the following papers:
Article 7: The two (02) examination centres are: Ngaoundéré and Yaoundé.
Article 8: A press release published by the Rector of the University of Ngaoundere shall ultimately indicate the planning of the different assessment papers.
Article 9: Candidates are requested to come to the examination centres at least 60 minutes before the start of the first assessment paper. They must come along with their National Identity cards or any other authentic valid identification document.
Article 10: The programme of the competitive examination is that of Bachelor of Science in chemical Sciences.
Article 11: Application forms are available and should be filled in and deposited latest on Friday the 14th of September 2018 at the following places:
EGCIM Office in Ngaoundéré, « Ecole Nationale Supérieure Polytechnique » of Yaoundé, ENS of Bertoua, « Faculté de Médecine et de Sciences Biomédicales of Garoua.

Article 12: The Rector of the University of Ngaoundere, the Director of University Accreditations and Quality and the Director of the Chemical Engineering and Mineral industries School (EGCIM), each in his own sphere, are responsible for the implementation of the present order which shall be registered and published in English and in French wherever necessary./-
